If you are booking for an airport pick up, Please include your flight details, time of arrival, checked in luggage or carry on. We offer both curbside pick up, meet and greet services. Be aware meet and greet service is not too convenient at Raleigh Durham and Charlotte Airports. Please Give us up to 2 hours to confirm your reservation with a email confirmation or to answer any questions that you may have.

Cars and Limousine Services Booking Terms and Conditions.

  • You must be at least 18 years of age or older to make a reservation. and 21 years old drinking alcohol on board the vehicles.

Deposits are non refundable after 24 hours from booking.


Need 48 hours cancellation notice in writing for airports transportation or the full amount is due.

All other service requires 7 days cancellation written notice or half of the quoted for the service is due.

  • Illegal substances and usage are prohibited on board of the vehicle. Failure to comply will result in cancellation of the contracts without refunds.
  • Smoking is prohibited inside the vehicle, $150.00 interior shampoo fee will apply if you or your party fail to comply and your trip will be terminated without refund.
  • Overtime: Should your reservation run past more than 15 minutes past its designated ending time you will be charge in full 1 hour increments at the rate of the original reservation.
  • Sickness: Should you or someone in your party become ill and throw up inside the vehicle there will be a $250.00 cleaning charge will be added to your reservation. No Exceptions.
  • Damages: The customer is responsible for all damages that they caused or their guests. Damages will be charged at the full rate of the required fix, replacement or repair. Damages caused by the reckless or criminal activity of a customer or their guest will result in the reservation being terminated on the spot and no refund will be given for unused portion of the reservation. Missing or broken glassware will be charged at $40.00 for a full set
  • Unruly Passengers. Unruly passengers will be dropped off at the discretion of the driver.

Please be advised that once you make your reservation we are holding the vehicle you have chosen for you and we will have turned away the opportunity to make a reservation for this vehicle at that date and time from any other potential customers. As such in exchange for holding the vehicle for your event you are agreeing to pay for the reservation of this vehicle. Should circumstances cause your event to change and you no longer need or want to use the vehicle you have asked us to reserve for you, you will still be required to pay for the entire reservation if you do not contact us in writing at least 14 days in advance to cancel the reservation. Should your event change and you need to cancel your reservation 14 or more days in advance only your deposit will be lost.
